main dining room with its elegant, traditional
décor, seats 60+ people in
comfortable surroundings. The club is
renowned for its fine dining and excellent
wine cellar. Sample menus are available
and the Front of House Manager and Chef will be pleased to discuss
your requirements with you for private
bookings.
The dining room is open during the week and is available from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm and in the evenings
by prior arrangement. It is available
for private functions. Regular Sunday
lunches are advertised to members. The dress code is smart. |

Situated
between the entrance hall and the Fountain
Room, the members' bar offers freshly made
sandwiches and bar snacks as well as reasonably
priced wines, coffee and soft drinks.

A fine
billiards and snooker room with three full
size Burroughs and Watts snooker tables
is situated on the first floor. This room
is comfortably furnished and has an adjoining
bar. The Club organises snooker singles
and doubles competitions (handicapped),
billiards competitions (handicapped), and
snooker open competitions (unhandicapped).
Pot Black evenings are organised and regular
'fun' nights. |

The small, well-maintained garden with its tables for outdoor drinks and snacks, forms a peaceful retreat from the busy town. The private members' car park at the rear of the Club is approached directly from Angel Street. |
